Which is why we developed a new Gauge Wheel that really makes it simple to get quick and accurate gauge swatch readings.
No more counting, or recounting when you lose your place. With this new Gauge Wheel, all you have to do is hold the windows up to your swatch and get the points to match up between the stitches. Turn the tool until your stitches line up perfectly. Once you have the right size, you can use the key above the window on the tool to tell you the gauge, instead of having to count how many stitches. Even better, it works for both knit and crocheted swatches.
